Changes in the breast that you can not ignore

Any changes in the breast can be a sign of cancer, so if you see something, do not put off going to the doctor.

For many of us, breasts are just that, which is why we often ignore. It is important, however, to take care of them and keep track of all the possible changes that you notice. The only way you will always be one step ahead when it comes to your health.

Lumps in the breast

Soft mass that moves beneath your skin is maybe cyst filled with fluid. If the blob firm, it may be a benign change, but you should check with your doctor.

Rash on the nipple

Traces that resemble an insect bite, redness or rash that does not go even after a few weeks may be a sign of some form of breast cancer.

Wrinkled skin on the chest

If the tissue to become wrinkled, such as orange skin, this can be an indication of clogging of the lymph nodes, which suggests inflammatory breast cancer.

Mole or birthmark that changes color or shape

Skin cancer occurs most often on the legs, the chest, but may also be a target for this disease. Note the asymmetry, the edges of the mole are irregular, color variation and whether growing and expanding.

In addition to regular breast examinations that are doing yourself, be sure to remind gynecologists to perform the examination of your breasts when you go to a regular annual check!
