Here are three morning habits that you can change and easier “jump” into a new day.
Too early intake of caffeine
Is there really a bad time for a coffee? The answer is yes. As soon as you open your eyes in the morning, the level of energy in our body grows, then will cup of coffee immediately after waking stimulate even stronger surge of energy, and as a result you will be nervous, said Dr. Steven Miller of the University of Maryland. Coffee, according to his advice, you should drink it an hour after waking up.
You don’t eat breakfast properly
Cup of yogurt with a handful of berries may sound like a healthy breakfast, but you’ll be hungry again until noon. – This meal will not give enough of necessary nutrients to your body that makes you feel full until the next meal. A healthy breakfast should contain 15 grams of protein, 2.5 grams of fiber, complex carbohydrates and a little healthy fat-says nutritionist Michelle Davenport.
Initial for computer
Checking e-mails as soon as you open your eyes is not good way to start the morning, because you will be stressed out all day. Instead, experts advise to stretch, drink tea and talk with your partner, family members.
