Beetroot and Ginger Juice

Nothing will better refresh summer of tasty juice containing fruits and vegetables, especially if it will even strengthen the immune system. Although summer temperatures arrive and enjoy the sun and sea, yet we must not forget about our health. If you’re on vacation, make sure you are aware that your diet is not like the rest of the year. But that’s just fine. Everybody sometimes like a little to release “brake”.

The juice that strengthens immunity will provide your body enough vitamins and minerals, regardless of whether quantity of  fast food is on the table during the year. To prepare you need:

  • 1 beetroot
  • 1 apple
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 orange
  • 2 tablespoons local honey.

All of this together, mix in a blender and drink it in the morning, sip by sip.

The juice that strengthens immunity and is excellent for digestion, which most of us are disturbed during summer days. Yet these are all foods rich in fiber. And there is the carrot, the most desirable foods of summer because it provides sufficient amounts of beta carotene, which is required during the summer and protects the skin from harmful UV rays.
