In times of extreme heat, it is important to find some other means of cooling (essential oils) that does not include the time spent under the air conditioner, which is just not healthy.

Eucalyptus oil and lemon. This oil has a strong anti-inflammatory, antiviral, antifungal and antibacterial effects. It can be diluted with water or simply rub a few drops on where you are swollen from the heat. The relief will be felt in seconds.
