Many of us think about the real fatigue breakfast at work. How to stop junk food and switch to healthy options? We bring you a few suggestions for nutritious and healthy morning meal.
Of course that does not work, you can bake or cook an egg, although it is the number one healthy option for breakfast. The lucky ones are those who have provided breakfast or a favorite suitable diner with a longer break. But, unfortunately, there are few. Most of the time, people are ordering fast food and eat it in the mini kitchen, and some even skip breakfast.
Cross out those bad habits and you will get to a better option.
It is important that your breakfast add some of these foods, which are full of nutrients:
Flax seeds
At work you have plastic saucer and spoon, buy a bag of cereal, for example, with raisins, because those are the ones full of energy. One morning you buy yogurt, milk and following your healthy cashew sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of flax seed, that are rich in omega 3 fatty acids and healthy fiber.
Pistachios
Prepare a toast as we get ready for work (you’ll need only a few minutes), buy dairy spreads and butter the toast and sprinkle it with chopped pistachios.
Berries
Buy a packet of berries, yogurt and crackers or oatmeal and mix all the extra healthy start to the day and an extra pack of vitamin C.
Pone
Make corn bread with cheese in the evening and take them to work. Buy a cup of yogurt and you have the perfect breakfast.
Toast
Here’s a recipe for great toast. Take two toasts made from whole-grain flour and coat with homemade almond butter, cut banana slices, sprinkle with a little cinnamon, chia seeds, and a little cocoa.
“Explosive” good combination
The breakfast is definitely one of the best, because with it connecting foods that fall into the super food.
Combine Greek yogurt, chopped organic green apples, local honey, cinnamon and 1 teaspoon of bee pollen (it can interfere with oatmeal, shakes or honey with these coated toast).
