Juice of cherries

Cherry is one of the few types of fruits that contain melatonin – a natural hormone that regulates sleep. Our body normally secretes a natural hormone melatonin, which is released only at night, usually after 21.00 hours, and it encourages sleep. Before bedtime drink a glass of pure cherry juice. This will allow a deep, steady and relaxing sleep. Melatonin has also been used in the treatment of menopausal symptoms, drug withdrawal, breast cancer and prostate cancer, attention deficit hyperactivity.

Chamomile tea and lavender

But safe eating in small amounts is pretty good natural supplement for good night’s sleep, thanks to the many chemical ingredients that work for calming. Just hold to a quarter of a teaspoon and everything will be fine.
