1 large fresh carrots, grated
20 ounces of tofu (soybean milk cheese) cubes
2 tomatoes cut into cubes
½ cup chopped fresh dill
2 sliced ​​spring onions
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 oz lemon juice
salt and pepper
10 ounces seasonal lettuce, arugula and / or radicchio

Preparation of Tofu salad

In a bowl, mix the lemon juice, olive influence, pepper and salt. Add dill, onion, grated carrot, tomato and stir well. Add cheese and stir again.

Arrange on four plates and washed lettuce and through the salad spicy slaw. Serve immediately.
