To prepare the magic cabbage soup you need:
- 1 head of cabbage
- 2 fresh green peppers
- 1 kg of carrots
- 6 youth bows
- 1 bunch of leafy celery
- 1-2 cans of tomatoes
- 1-2 tablespoons of broth cubes
Vegetables need to slice into pieces. Pour the water and let it cook. Season to taste, but do not put too much salt.

Day 1 – fruit, in addition to all types of bananas
Day 2 – all green vegetables and late potato with butter
Day 3 – fruits and vegetables, no potatoes
Day: 4 – 3 bananas and skim milk
Day 5 – piece of chicken breast or fish
Day 6 – a baked meat loaf and lettuce
Day 7 – natural rice and vegetables
