Onion is best to be eaten raw because only then you will use all its advantages. However, if you are not a fan of raw onions, edits by heat, but as short as possible.

Daily consumption of apples and celery can really do wonders for the health of your oral cavity. Celery and apples are a great source of fiber that have abrasive action. In this way, literally clean the surface of your teeth, almost as much as a toothbrush.

Apple and celery will boost the production of saliva, and it has been proven that the lack of saliva favors the accumulation of bacteria and creating cavities.

Studies have shown that apple and celery may help prevent the buildup of plaque, which protect the health of your blood vessels.
