This is a healthy broccoli soup, you can eat during your diet.
Preparation: 10 minutes
Cooking: 20 minutes
Ingredients
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 small head of finely chopped onion
40 ounces broccoli
3 oz chicken broth (chicken cube)
1/4 teaspoon marjoram or oregano
Malomasnog 2 dl milk (1% M. M.)
Preparation
On 2 tablespoons olive oil fry the onion so it can soften. Then add the broccoli and broth and marjoram or oregano.
Cook until broccoli is tender. Then strain. Pour the milk and cook a little more. Serve warm.
Served for 3 people.
