For smooth legs and buttocks: 3 quick recipes for a body without cellulite

Peels of abrasive are ideal for smooth legs and buttocks, and you can make in your own kitchen. Clean the skin of dead skin cells, improve circulation and reduce unwanted orange peel on your thighs and buttocks.

1. Peeling with sea salt and brown sugar

Make a scrub of a cup of brown sugar, a cup of sea salt, the juice of one squeezed lemon, a few teaspoon of olive oil and a couple tablespoons of honey. Rub the critical parts of the body such as the thighs and buttocks, and massage the area in a circular motion. Leave the peel to sit five minutes, then rinse off with cold water from the body.

2. Peeling with coffee

Mix a half cup of coarse ground coffee with a little olive oil and three tablespoons of sugar until you get a homogeneous mixture. Rub unwanted orange peel on the body. If you want to achieve an additional effect – rub with an abrasive sponge to help the body to improve blood circulation.

3. Peeling with algae and olive oil

Mix 3 tablespoons of chopped seaweed with a little sea salt and a quarter cup of olive oil until you get a homogeneous mixture. Rub the scrub on the cellulite affected area in a circular motion for a few minutes. Peeling shall have better effect when initially open pores with the aid of a hot shower, after ‘treatment’  rinse off with cold water.
