Almighty trio: Vegetables that eliminates cellulite

Do not forget that in the fight against cellulite and unwanted pounds you permanently need to change eating habits. Fundamental changes in the diet can certainly help your connective tissue to be firmer, and have less ugly holes in the skin.

Why vegetables?

Fresh vegetables contain nearly as much vitamin C of any fruit. DIM liver enzymes helps to block the production of estrogen 16-OH, harmful substances which are also responsible for a loss of the quality of the collagen.

And, do not forget!

When cooking vegetables, be sure to cook the vegetables and fry on low heat, with as little water or steamed. You save more vitamins in vegetables. And finally, do not forget that in the fight against cellulite, along with proper diet and plenty of water, certainly helps moderate physical activity.
