Deal with cellulite with tasty vegetables…
Do not forget that in the fight against cellulite and unwanted pounds you permanently need to change eating habits. Fundamental changes in the diet can certainly help your connective tissue to be firmer, and have less ugly holes in the skin.
Fresh vegetables contain nearly as much vitamin C of any fruit. And since vitamin C plays a major role in the establishment and strengthening of connective tissue, the best thing you can do in the desire for smooth skin, buttocks and thighs, is that every day in your diet put a few servings of vegetables, especially fresh.

When cooking vegetables, be sure to cook the vegetables and fry on low heat, with as little water or steamed. You save more vitamins in vegetables. And finally, do not forget that in the fight against cellulite, along with proper diet and plenty of water, certainly helps moderate physical activity.
