The fight against cellulite is not simple. It is best to combine exercise, creams, drink plenty of fluids and that, of course, pay special attention to nutrition.

You will need: water, a handful of spinach, half a banana, half an orange, a few rings of pineapple, cinnamon

Put all ingredients in a blender and whisk until you get a drink.

Why these ingredients

Spinach is an excellent source of iron and fiber. It aids digestion and helps in the expulsion of harmful substances from the body.

Orange is rich in water, vitamin C, fiber and antioxidants and is good for skin glow.

Pineapple has diuretic properties, helping to combat fluid retention in the body and contains antioxidants that make the skin look healthy and taut.

Banana is full of potassium and a good source of vitamin B6 and dietary fiber, vitamin C, potassium and manganese. It also helps prevent fluid retention in the body.

Cinnamon stimulates circulation, and we all know that cellulite usually occurs because of problems with blood circulation.

Water is essential in the fight against cellulite because it eliminates toxic substances and accumulated fluid from the body.
