Mental tricks that will help you fall asleep fast

All are sometimes bother with insomnia. We’re lying in bed exhausted, listening to the clock and the number of seconds and more to irritate you can not fall asleep. Stress is one of the main culprits for insomnia. You may not bedtime thinking about past or future events. Focus on the present, breathing and relaxation.

The first thing you should do is to understand that currently nothing is more important than a good night’s sleep. All in good time.

Try a conscious meditation. During her mind is focused on the meditation itself – at that moment, breaths, breaths and repeating certain mantras – all to relax. Clinical psychology began to use conscious meditation as a treatment for many anxiety and depressive disorders. Try it and you to master it and sleep like a baby.

Make your way

Not always easy to consciously meditate. Once you make a few seconds to relax, and sometimes even 10 minutes. It is not easy at times and acts as a mental muscle stretching. Be persistent – do not falter.

Simple moments turn into exercises

Practice conscious meditation in the moments when you’re not doing anything else. For example, if you went to a manicure, try to switch off and concentrate on relaxing and calming. If your thoughts wander, and if you’re thinking about everything else that is happening to you, notice it and just go back to thinking about a massage. I do this every time you turned your thoughts.

 Try eating consciously

A good way to practice conscious meditation is conscious eating. We eat several times a day, but then usually talk to others, read a book, watch the laptop or TV.

It turned out that consciously eating a good way to lose weight, because if you do not think about food as we eat, we are not aware of how we eat and often unnecessarily overdo it. To rehearsed conscious eating, you first sit down at the table with the food without anything else to distract your attention. Note the color, shape and smell of food. Simply watch and feel. When you take the first bite, I fully concentrate on the taste and mouth feel. If you drift away from food, consciously go back to thinking about what you eat.

 Practice, practice, practice

Conscious meditation you can practice in many situations – sitting in a quiet room and listen to almost inaudible sounds around you, watch and photograph … The more you practice, the easier it will be to relax in stressful situations, and makes it easier to fall asleep.
