Olive oil has such good taste that is attractive to be used with all the ingredients – whether it’s the roasted peppers in olive oil, grape leaf or olives in olive oil.
Instead of using so much oil based, here are several key replacement that can help make your salads much healthier without losing the taste:
- Instead of tuna in olive oil, use the one in the water;
- Instead of fatty roasted red peppers, use a candle;
- Instead of green olive oil, choose black.
Also you can stir fresh tomato, green beans and cucumbers, beyond that add a little feta cheese.
You do not need a huge amount of cheese, just think about moderate servings.
Of course, you should not remove olive oils from your diet. When it comes to the addition of a salad, it is decided by just a few drops, it will be enough to connect all tastes. You finish it by dressing of seasoned with oregano.
