New research reveals that anyone can accelerate weight loss, reduce the percentage of body fat and increase levels of good cholesterol in a natural way.
The researchers divided 88 people into two groups. In the period of 3 months, all participants went on nutritional counseling and reduce the daily intake of calories to 500. However, one group meals and 3 grams of cumin (a little less than one teaspoon) per day.
At the end of the study to determine that the participants who ate everyday, on average, lost 1.5 kilogram less. In addition, participants who consumed the cumin, the percentage of body fat decreased by as much as 4.91 higher, compared to participants who did not enter cumin.
Triglyceride levels are among the participants, who entered cumin, decreased by 23 units, while others participants decreased by only 5 levels of bad cholesterol decreased by 10 units, while the person who did not eat anybody decreased only for 5th.
Participants who ate with yogurt, and can be eaten in a variety of ways. Cumin can be added to salads, soups, vegetables, meat and fish.
Daily you should not consume more than 1 teaspoon of cumin, and definitely before the daily consumption consult with your doctor, especially if you are taking any medication or suffer from some diseases.
