Table burn calories

In almost all diets it is recommended that you do some sport or physical activity, but do you know how that sport or activity, you burn calories. It is known that even when you pay attention to diet, and do not practice any physical activity, the chances are almost nil that you body is beautifully shaped and firm.

Each distinct physical activity requires effort and therefore some effective exercises, and a much less effective for the calorie consumption.
In the table below, check out some of the basic physical activity and the number of calories you burn in one hour. The figures in the table are an average and is subject to metabolism and your weight.
