Preparation: 

2 liters of water to boil for 5 minutes, then cool. When cold, add 5 grams of grated ginger, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 2 tablespoons honey, 1 pinch of chilli pepper and 1 pinch anis. This Tibetan tea drink in a bit during the day or even better 1 cup before each meal.
