12 minutes of exercise is all we need

This type of training is really efficient, the international experts say, but the biggest problem is that the vast majority of people simply can not be sustained because they are reserved for those with a form on a really high level. There are two types of such training those involving 30 seconds of intense exercise with short breaks during which they perspire one minutes and ten seconds rest.

If you wish to try this method of exercise alone try it as part of cardio training, cycling, running or swimming.
