Live healthier with the help of ayurvedic medicine

Ayurveda is the science of life, the sister science of yoga, and the origins date back to the Vedas, the oldest spiritual world records. The concept of the universe is seen as the five elements (space, air, fire, water and earth) in combination with three psychophysiological energies that control bodily functions.

These three functions are called doshas, vata, pitta and kapha. Dosha consists of individual, unique constitution of man and we all have elements of all three.

Vata is responsible for all sorts of movements, breathing, emotions, absorption and excretion of food and functioning of the nervous system.

Pitta is responsible for digestion, blood, immunity and vitality, hormonal processes, body temperature and intelligence.

Kapha, coordinates anabolism, supplies the body with moisture, is responsible for the health, growth and maintenance of the organism.

As with yoga ayurveda goal is finding a balance, rather than various “celebrity” diet, turn ayurveda, lose fat and restore body and spirit into balance.

2. Six flavors in every dish – Ayurveda food is decomposed into six tastes (sweet, sour, salty, bitter, pungent, spicy). Ayurveda suggests that in each meal include all six, because each of them affects the balance of appetite.

3. Prepare food with love – When preparing the food we transfer energy. If we are angry or furious, to be reflected in the food, then it went back into the body. Instead, show gratitude and love for food.

4. Eat foods that will help balance the doshas – vata dosha To Eat warmer and heavier foods, ask for one that is cold and dry, and kapha to eat warm, but light food.

5. Nutritionally rich food – all fresh food rich in nutrients, fresh fruit, almonds, green leafy vegetables, legumes …
