Ten carbohydrates that you can eat when you are dieting

We found that indeed there are good carbohydrates that help with weight loss!

We knew that there must be some good things with the child (other than weight loss, of course) and we think we’ve just found. Ten of them, to be exact. If you’re a little bit like us, then you thought of living with a child with a low-carb friendly like a blow to the toe. We investigated and found a way how you can eat carbs, even if you’re on a diet.

We bring you ten of “good” carbohydrates that will not ruin your diet, but will improve it. From whole grains that maintain more energy to fruits and vegetables, they are really great carbohydrates for weight loss. They are full of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and all sorts of ingredients that help burn fat and you think you deserve to know about them. But shh, do not tell everyone, everyone will want them!

1. Oat flakes

Perhaps you feel that you always preach about the benefits of oatmeal. No, they are really good for you! Oat flakes salvation for those who are on a diet, especially if you are the type of person who reaches for snacks until 11 am. The key is that the oats slowly release energy and keep you fuller and satisfied until lunch and will make for you a lot more than ordinary bowl of cereal or some fruit. Chop them with a knife or in a blender, and you can add the meatballs and fry as fish or chicken.

Essential fatty acids that are simply great for your skin. Quinoa is rightly known like superfood, gluten-free and completely full of vitamins and minerals such as magnesium, calcium and B6. 4. Wholegrain bread

One of the main things that can hinder the success of a child is the lack of favorite foods. Honestly, there are a lot of meals that can be great with only some bread and butter, and so you can solve the food residue. Greet wholegrain bread. Known as the “good carbohydrates”, wholegrain bread is not lost on quality during the processing. Thicker slices of brown bread, this is nothing but an excellent product for both grain and contains vitamins and minerals and no added sugar or fat.

5. Bulgur

Bulgur is half-cooked wheat and carbohydrates that slowly release energy, rich in fiber and comes with all the benefits that whole grains offer. It is an excellent way to complement salads which do not have other ideas. Try a salad with bulgur.

6. Vegetables

Yes! Vegetables are also among the carbohydrates, especially the sweet roots, such as carrots, parsnips and beetroot. Colorful, leafy vegetables, such as broccoli, peppers, tomatoes, spinach and celery, contain minerals and antioxidants that are great in the fight against diseases associated with being overweight. Generally, as many of the carbohydrates, the better!

7. Barley and buckwheat porridge

Barley and buckwheat are not eaten half as often as it should, and so good for you! Feed the healthy bacteria that live in the intestines, thus keeping your digestive system healthy, and extremely rich in fiber which helps the body to decompose fat and cholesterol. All in all, these carbohydrate are your best friend. Try a rich soup of root vegetables and barley or buckwheat as an attachment.

8. Brown rice

You have not understood? Integrated food is great for your diet and you better believe us! Replace all white rice in his plate with a bunch of integral rice. It is believed that at least eleven nutrients are lost in the preparation of white rice. Brown version really is one of the healthiest foods in the world and will contribute to the consistency and texture of any previously prepared meals such as salad or chilli con carne.

9. Fruit
You might have overlooked these carbohydrates, but the fruit also belongs to this category, but all is not lost. Not only is the fruit a lot of vitamins and minerals, but it is perfect to satisfy your desire for sugar. Avoid dried fruits because they contain a lot more sugar than fresh. Unfortunately, chocolate with orange is not included.

10. Wholemeal

Just when you thought we forgot the spaghetti with meatballs and pasta with shrimp … You can eat pasta when you’re on a diet!
