- 230 grams of unsweetened apple sauce
- 1 cup dried fruit (in this recipe is used by half a cup of cranberry and apricot, but you can use fruit of your choice)
- 1/3 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup hemp seeds
- 1 cup oatmeal
- 2/3 cup unsweetened coconut
- 1/3 cup chia seeds
- 1/4 cup of ground flaxseed + 1/2 cup water
Preheat the oven to 200C, and the baking tray with parchment (approximate size 28 × 18 cm) with baking paper and set aside.
In a small bowl, mix ground flax seeds with water and wait a few minutes until the mixture becomes almost gelatinous. Now with a wooden spoon, mix the batter with all the other ingredients.
Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking pan and align with a spoon or knife. Bake 25 minutes, until things are sčvrsne and until it is soft to the touch. Remove from oven and allow to dry completely. Cut in the form of tiles.
