Ingredients
25 g of strawberry
2 oranges
1 tablespoon honey
3 sheets of gelatin
1 tablespoon rum
1 foam for a rug (with water)
chopped pistachios
Strawberry jelly preparation
Wash the strawberries and cut into slices. Well washed orange peel and grate and squeeze the juice.
Orange juice mix with rum, orange zest and honey and apply it gently heated over a fire.
Gelatine time soak. When swell, add the heated mixture and mix well to dissolve gelatin.
Finished want to pour into the prepared glasses and leave in the refrigerator.
Chilled desserts decorate it with the whipped cream and chopped strawberries.
Serve for 4 people.
