Best of all is that you can agree with smoothies with whatever your heart desires – any fruit, yogurt, milk, chocolate, vanilla … If you do not like to eat too much fruit, this is a great way to enter the vitamins in your body – fruit mixed in a blender with the other ingredients will provide an excellent and nutritious drink for the body.
Smoothie of banana and peanut butter
Half of one banana
1/2 cup low-fat peanut butter
1/2 cup low-fat milk
6 ice cubes
1 tablespoon dark chocolate powder
Place all ingredients in blender and mix well.
Mocha Smoothie
4 small ice cubes
1/2 cup low-fat frozen vanilla yogurt
1 small packet of espresso
2 teaspoons cocoa powder
Put the ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.
Watermelon smoothie
6 cups chopped watermelon, pitted
1 cup low-fat milk or vanilla yogurt low fat
12 ice cubes
Put half a watermelon in a blender and mix until smooth,
then add half ice and milk and stir. Add the remaining ingredients and stir until the end.
Peach Smoothie
1 cup skim milk
2 peaches, peeled and diced
2 tablespoons of flaxseed oil
Stir milk and peaches until the mixture is smooth,
then add flax seed oil.
Smoothie Pineapple
1 cup skim milk
2 large cans of pineapple juice or one large pineapple cubed
1 tablespoon of flaxseed oil
6 ice cubes
Put the milk, pineapple and ice in a blender and

Smoothie made of mixed fruits
1/4 cup sliced apples into slices
1/2 cup banana slices
1 peeled orange
1 tablespoon honey
6 ice cubes
Place all ingredients in blender and mix until smooth.
Smoothie of banana and strawberry
1 cup strawberries
1 banana
1/2 cup yogurt or low-fat milk
5 ice cubes
1/2 cup orange juice
Put the ingredients in a blender and mix well.
Smoothie blueberry and vanilla yogurt
1 cup skim milk (or soy)
1 yogurt or low-fat vanilla yogurt
1 cup fresh blueberries
1 tablespoon of flaxseed oil
1 small cup of ice
Put the milk, yogurt and fresh blueberries in a blender, add ice and stir.
Then put linseed oil.
Smoothie with chocolate and raspberry
1/2 cup skim milk (or soy)
1 vanilla yogurt
1/4 cup of chocolate
1 cup fresh raspberries
1 cup ice
Put it all together in a blender and mix.
Blueberry smoothie for breakfast
1/2 large banana
1/3 cup soy milk
1/2 tablespoons of flaxseed oil
1/4 cup blueberries
1/2 tablespoons cider vinegar or honey
8 ice cubes
Cut the banana into smaller pieces,
Put all ingredients in a blender and mix well.
