Everyone will agree that when we decide to eat healthy food, the hardest is to get rid of the candy. Fortunately, there are many low-calorie desserts, with equally good taste.

Therefore, we have prepared four delicious desserts that have less than 150 calories, which taste will not leave you indifferent.

Cookies, apple, caramel and oats

With dried apples and caramel in every bite, this type of oatmeal will give you a full, rich flavor with few calories.

Ingredients:
190 g flour;
130 g of oat flakes
1 teaspoon baking powder
half a teaspoon of baking soda
half a teaspoon of salt
150 g sugar
6 tablespoons softened butter
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 egg
150 g sliced​​, dried apples
150 g chopped toffee

Preparation: Preheat oven to 180 degrees. In a vang mix well the flour, oats, baking powder, baking soda and salt. In a separate bowl, whisk the butter and sugar until it becomes fluffy. Add the vanilla extract and egg and mix well. Gradually add the flour mixture, whisk constantly over low speed. When you get a uniform mixture, add the caramel and apples.

Chocolate sponge cake with almonds

Flour, flax seeds and almonds in these tasty biscuits provide fiber and antioxidants. Each cookie has less than 100 calories, and as a side dish with a cup of hot coffee is the perfect start to your day or a relaxing afternoon.

Ingredients:
270 g wholemeal flour
2 tablespoons of flaxseed
half a teaspoon of baking soda
pinch of salt
70 g sugar
75 g of brown sugar
2 egg whites
1 egg
1.5 tsp vanilla extract
115 g chocolate chips
115 g unsalted almonds

Preparation: Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Mix together flour, flaxseed, baking soda and salt. In a separate bowl sit whites, white and brown sugar and egg. Whisk mixer for about 2 minutes, then add the vanilla extract. Add the flour mixture and whisk until well united. Finally, in the mixture add the chocolate chips and almonds.

Separate the mixture into three equal parts. Shape each part into roll length of about 15 cm and place in a baking tray lined with baking paper to each other, with a small space. Bake for 28 minutes.

Remove from oven, cool for about ten minutes on the desk, and then cut with diagonally into slices and bake for another 7 minutes.

Strawberries with honey cream

Strawberries in this delicious cream are not too sweet, not caloric. Just make sure you use Greek yogurt, to get a creamy, thick mixture with little calories.

Ingredients:
80 ml ​​of water
75 g sugar
half a teaspoon of dried lavender
half a teaspoon of gelatin
1 tablespoon water
60 g of the honey
2 tablespoons cornstarch
pinch of salt
3 egg yolks
240 ml of milk (2% fat)
160 ml Greek yogurt
300 g sliced ​​strawberries

Preparation: water, sugar and lavender list put to boil. Let it cook for about 1 minute, stir occasionally until the sugar is dissolved. Remove the top and let sit for ten minutes. Strain and leave to cool.
In a small bowl sprinkle with one tablespoon of water gelatin. Let stand for 1 minute. Meanwhile, mix honey, cornstarch, salt and egg yolks and whisk until well united.

Heat the milk over medium heat. Do not allow to boil: when bubbles appear around the edges of the pan, remove and add the mixture to the eggs, constantly mixing. Therefore deliver the mixture back into the saucepan and cook for about two minutes, stirring constantly, until the appearance of bubbles and the mixture becomes thick.

Remove from heat, add the gelatin and mix well. Let cool for about 20 minutes, then add the yogurt. Pour into serving bowls, top sprinkle strawberries and chill at least two hours.

Chocolate cubes

Brownies with less than 150 calories will awaken all your senses.

Ingredients:
150 g flour;
60 g of cocoa
pinch of salt
75 g of butter
250 g dark chocolate
230 g sugar
60 ml of milk (1% fat)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 egg yolks
1 egg
a little elbow grease

Preparation: Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Mix together the flour, cocoa and salt. Melt the butter and chocolate and stir frequently. When dissolved, allow to cool slightly. Add the sugar, milk, vanilla extract, and egg yolks and whisk until homogenization.

Finally, add the flour mixture and whisk until you got smooth mixture. Baking pan size 20 x 20 cm grease with a little oil and bake for about 20 minutes.
