Recipe: Chicken with vegetables

100g chicken breast

100 g of peas

½ fresh red peppers

2 spring onions

½ tablespoons tomato sauce

3 tablespoons vegetable soups

1 tablespoon oil

black pepper, salt

Chicken breast cut into thin shreds. Mix the tomato sauce with pepper and allow meat to rest for 5 minutes. Boil the beans for two minutes in salted water, then pour cold water. Clean the peppers and cut it into cubes. Clean and green onions and slice it into rings.

Pan, brush with oil and heat. Fry the meat for 3-4 minutes, then remove it and leave in a warm place. In a frying pan and fry the vegetables for 4-5 minutes. At the same time, and mix. Pour the broth and season with tomato sauce and pepper.
