Strawberry
A very powerful antioxidant that keeps cells from free radicals. Just eight strawberries a day is enough to provide a daily intake of vitamin C. Strawberries contain high amounts of folate and vitamin B-9 and the digestive system much needed fiber.
Banana
Sweet, nice and creamy fruit that younger and older generations. Banana is packed with potassium boosts energy and kills hunger. Also, very rarely causes allergies, and fruits that are among the first to give babies when I switch to solid foods. It is full of minerals such as magnesium, calcium, iron and zinc, and B vitamins and vitamins C and E.
Orange
This juicy and fragrant fruit is full of vitamins, especially vitamin C, which strengthens the immune system and gives the body energy. Orange contains minerals such as potassium, calcium and magnesium, as well as folate, thiamine, riboflavin and pantothenic acid.
Juicy and powerful smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 cup fresh orange juice
- 8 to 10 medium sized strawberries
- 1 banana
- a few ice cubes
Preparation: Clean and wash the fruit, a banana peel and cut into chunks. Insert the ingredients into a blender and add ice. All mix well and serve immediately. Beverage drink for breakfast or between meals.
