1. Leafy and leafy vegetables

Thoroughly cook or bake meat and do not eat raw. Those steak tartare, poorly roasted meat and sushi are advised to meat and fish for their favorite dishes procured from trustworthy sources.
4. Dairy products
In all dairy products from milk and yogurt to butter and a variety of spreads, the key is just one – be sure to keep them in the refrigerator, especially if the markets buying unpasteurized products such as cottage cheese and cream.
5. Other tips
– Wash your fruits and vegetables that has a core, you can rinse it under the tap even when you peel
– Use separate cutting boards for meat and vegetables
– Wash all foods separately
– If you have a dishwasher, at least once a week in her kitchen sponges insert
