Soybean
Studies have shown that women who regularly eat soy have lower risk of fibrocystic breast disease.
Wheat germ
Wheat germ can prevent breast tenderness before menstruation, and scientists have found that wheat germ oil can reduce the risk of chronic fatigue, headaches, increased appetite and cravings for snacks.
Blueberries
Blueberries may reduce the risk of breast cancer. For best results, eat about 170 grams of blueberries a day.
Pumpkin
It is a good source of beta carotene, the pigment that reduces the risk of benign nodules within the breast.
