This month brings an abundance of fruits and vegetables. All species are refreshing, which makes them excellent for hot summer days. Most of these foods will help protect skin from the harmful effects of the sun because they contain substances with which we protect ourselves from the sun.

Apricots

This is the time of year when you can enjoy fresh and healthy figs. A good source of potassium, manganese, vitamin B6, and an excellent source of dietary fiber.
Grapes
Although during the year is not accessible, grape season is starting in August. Contains low saturated fat, cholesterol, and salts thereof. It is an excellent source of vitamins C and K.

Paprika
