Natural fat burners: Make a drink that improves digestion and metabolism!

However, its power can be even stronger and more effective, if we add some great, natural fat burners, like orange and mint.

If you drink this refreshing beverage, your digestion will be very grateful, and there will be an acceleration of metabolism, which is essential for a successful weight loss process.

The ingredients for this potion are:

  • 1 liter of boiling water,
  • 5 bags of green tea,
  • 1 orange and a handful of fresh mint.

Preparation: Boil the water and put the bags of green tea in three minutes, and then remove them and let the tea cool. Peel the oranges and chop into small pieces. In a large, glass bowl pour the prepared, chilled tea, add chopped oranges and a handful of mint leaves.

Leave beverage in refrigerator overnight, so the ingredients can be merged, and the strain before consumption. The resulting amount is enough for two days, and recommended drinking a cup before the three main meals of the day.

In this drink, you can substitute orange with grapefruit or lemon.
