Heavy and spicy food will not do you good in the hot summer days, so choose one of these six meals ideal for the beach
Nothing is like enjoying the water, swimming and sunbathing. But even lying in the sun draws a lot of energy in our body, so it is necessary to do something and bite.
At the extreme heat should not eat heavy and spicy food, but eat more slowly, but nutritious meals. Forget the burgers and snacks, bring your own food and enjoy a healthy meal.
Here are some suggestions and tips on how to prepare the best meals for the day at the beach or pool:
Fruit salad
Does not take much time to prepare a fruit salad, and you could use a refresher. Mix together the pieces of pineapple, kiwi, apple or other fruit of your choice, and you can add frozen berries. Put in a plastic container with a lid, a frozen fruit preserves fresh salads.
Tortillas

Sandwiches
One of the common specialties for traveling or staying outdoors. Fill buns with filling of your choice and wrap in foil. For example, if you want to add slices of tomato and cucumber, do it just before a meal to help the bread does not become soggy. If you do not wear a wrist refrigerator, make sure that the sandwich does not put perishable foods.
Fresh vegetables
Vegetables contain a lot of vitamins, fiber, and low in fat. Chop sticks of celery or broccoli flower cauliflower, cucumber or carrot. Wash the vegetables, pack in plastic bags as your healthy snacks ready for the beach.
Fresh fruit
Fruit will refresh and you will not be thirsty. Apples are perfect for a snack on the beach. Just wash them and put in a bag for the beach. Neither bananas are not a bad solution if you get tired of swimming and hungry.
Dried fruits and nuts
Make your own mix of dried fruit and nuts – mix raisins, apricots, cranberries, walnuts, peanuts, almonds or pumpkin seeds. These snacks are delicious, and healthy, and will be on the beach certainly come in handy when it’s time for a snack.
