We can not stop the aging process, but we can slow it down if we choose foods that will delay and minimize the effects of aging.
Berries, cherries, pomegranates
These foods are rich in antioxidants are the real anti-aging medicine as to prevent degradation of collagen in the skin and inflammatory processes that contribute to the formation of wrinkles. Also this fruit is rich in vitamin C, which is connected with the hydrogenation of the skin and preventing wrinkles.
Olive oil and olives
There is no doubt that the olives are healthy for the heart, but did you know that they are great for the health of your skin? In addition to moisturizing the skin, olive oil is rich in antioxidants that help protect the body from free radicals that cause aging.
Carrots, peaches, apricots
