The desire of most men is to have a strong, muscular male body. In addition to regular exercise, of course, is also important nutrition to achieve satisfactory results. It is the rule if you want to lose weight and reshape your body, a combination of proper diet and exercise.
To men we definitely recommend consuming more foods that are rich with proteins, such as:
- blue fish
- white and red meats (chicken, turkey, veal)
- nuts
- lowfat cheese
- oysters
You would not believe, but oysters are very high with proteins and contain very little fat. Therefore, they are ideal for building muscle.
Some authors suggest a number of the best foods for men (except of mentioned above):
- eggs
- seeds (pumpkin, sunflower, sesame, flax)
- grapefruit
- banana
- blueberries, raspberries, cherries
- watermelon
- pomegranate
- organic red meat
- garlic
- dark chocolate
- tomato
- broccoli
- green leafy vegetables (lettuce, cabbage, kale)
- ginger
- celery
