This shake will supply your body an abundance of vitamins and minerals, especially vitamins A and K. The infusion is also rich in fiber, magnesium, iron, vitamins C, E and B, as well as calcium and potassium. The whole spectrum of everything that we need, all in one glass!
Ingredients:
- a young cucumber (with peel all – well washed of course)
- a handful of well-washed spinach
- a sour apple
All the above ingredients insert in a blender.
Optionally, you can add a bit of grated fresh ginger and a pinch of ginger powder. Mix well, pour into glasses and sprinkle the top with chunks of walnuts or almonds. Slowly sip while fresh for as long as is – to lose nutrients.
