Ingredients:
- 1 small chicken (80 g)
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 carrots
- 1 parsley root
- 4.1 celeriac
- salt and pepper
- marjoram
- bay leaf
- little rosemary
- a little vinegar
Preparation:
Chicken cut into appropriate pieces and put them together with chopped vegetables and spices. Cook on low heat for about 45 minutes, occasionally drenching with water.
Before serving acidify dish with wine vinegar, to taste.
Serve for 4 people.
