Cream soup is very easy to prepare. If you decide to diet, we suggest this cream soup as an appetizer because after it you need to have a main course, but you’ll eat it in much smaller quantities. Rights diet actually involves three main meals and two snacks. Do not starve, just select the proper foods and meals that you consume.
We will help a bit:
- 500 grams of carrots
- 500 ml of broth
- 250 ml of milk
- 180 ml sour cream
- pepper
- salt
- two tablespoons of fresh chopped parsley
Peel the carrots and cut them into thick slices. Place the carrots in the broth and cook for 10 to 15 minutes. Chop the cooked carrots using a mixer or by hand. The newly created puree back into the soup and add milk until it boils. Put the sour cream and a spoonful of it aside. Stir the cream into the soup. Put salt and pepper.
When the soup is ready, pour the remaining cream. If you want you can add cubes of fried bread.
