Probably everyone knows how much honey is healthy, but for the benefit of cinnamon is little known. There are many useful properties of this spice – improves complexion, reduces cholesterol, stimulates blood flow, perfect for the heart, stomach, intestines, and most importantly – the best spice for melting fat in the body.
Every morning before breakfast on an empty stomach and at night before going to bed, drink a mixture of honey and cinnamon powder. If you use this drink regularly, the weight is reduced even in very obese people. In addition, regular use of this mixture does not allow fat to accumulate.
Drink for weight loss right before going to bed:
1. Boil 200 ml of water
2. In the second bowl put half a teaspoon of cinnamon powder and pour boiled water, cover for half-hour
3. When the water is a little cool with cinnamon, add 1 teaspoon of honey
4. Drink half a cup before bed, cover the other half (a small saucer) and leave in the fridge
5. In the morning on an empty stomach, drink the other half cold beverage
Waist circumference will be reduced and you will see as you progress in your attempt to get rid of excess weight.
This treatment leads to a significant reduction of body weight, because cinnamon and honey affect the cleaning of the digestive tract, removing parasites, fungi and other bacteria which slow down digestion in the body.
