day 3

Lunch: one orange, a boiled egg, half a cup of yogurt or sour milk, a little spicy green salad or two of cucumber

Dinner: same as the other day

day 4

Lunch: five saltine crackers, 150 grams of fat-free cheese and one tomato

Dinner: same as the third day, except that instead of lettuce, ie. cucumber should be eaten an apple

day 5

Lunch: 200g cooked fish or white meat, one tomato and five saltine crackers

Dinner: 1kg any cooked vegetables, a boiled egg and one tomato

After the first five days, you start from the beginning. Diet should not be kept longer than 15 days. If after that you are not satisfied and want more to lose weight, you must take a break of at least a week.

If you are diabetic, have heart problems, kidney problems, then before dieting be sure to consult with your doctor. It also applies to healthy people whose immunity may have a tendency to rapidly decline.
