4 tricks for thick and strong hair

Most women are afraid to go to the hairdresser, because they are afraid that they will truncate hair. However, a haircut is healthy for hair and makes hair strong.

How will the hair grow faster if you skip regular haircut? Here are four tricks that will accelerate the growth of your hair and make it thicker and stronger:

1. Almond and coconut oil

Both excellent food oil for your hair. Suffice it to massaged for about six drops of these oils, or you can mix it. Wrap hair in a towel and let it absorb the oil for about 30 to 60 minutes, then rinse.

2. Gelatin

Mix one packet of gelatin with shampoo and use it every time you wash your hair. Gelatin contains proteins that will accelerate the growth of your hair and make it thicker.

3. Vitamins C and E

Your diet can have a major impact on the growth of your hair, so eat foods rich in vitamins C and E. Vitamin C is in citrus fruits, tomatoes, peppers, strawberries and broccoli. Vitamin E is found in large quantities in spinach, nuts, avocados, fish and tofu.

4. Apple cider vinegar

Rinse your hair with apple vinegar before washing and make sure that you do not get in eyes. You may need more shampoo to cover up the smell of vinegar. Apple cider vinegar has many vitamins and removes dead cells from hair follicles preventing its growth.
