Exercise gives us the physical, mental and emotional energy. However, even with that you should not overdo it. Excessive exercise can be depleted our reserves of energy to break down muscle and weaken the immune system.
If lately you feel you have no energy, this could be the culprit:
1. Caffeine
If you are one of those people who in the evening, reaching for a cup of coffee, it could be the cause of why your body feels tired during the day. If you are not a hot drink, experts advise that you switch to decaf ones, as well as decaffeinated coffee, tea or chocolate.
2. Too much or too little exercise

3. Low self-esteem

4. Sweets
We know how hard it is to resist the sweets, especially in the evening, but we hope that you are aware of the effects of sugar. You will be hyperactive several hours, followed by a rapid drop in the mood. And it’s not healthy to maintain lines.
5. Tardiness
Disorganization and the constant search for lost things can make you start to feel a lack of energy and optimism. Do yourself a favor and clean up every day at least part of it, to avoid such a scenario.
