Your body for a good training needs adequate food, especially if it is a high intensity workout. By entering the appropriate food before a workout you will improve your endurance and training do much better. There are foods that you should not enter before training.
Green leafy vegetables
Although healthy, green leafy vegetables should be avoided before training because it contains a lot of fiber, which can cause indigestion and discomfort. But, you can prepare a light smoothie with some green leafy vegetables.
Bread and rolls from whole grains
Whole grains and whole grain products should be part of a balanced healthy diet, but do not eat just before training because it will encourage water retention and cause bloating. Eat a slice of plain white bread with a bit of peanut butter and a few slices of banana.
Although your body will supply the vitamins and minerals, sports drinks contain a lot of sugar that will give you the energy you need before training, but also cause a craving for unhealthy snacks after a workout. Instead of a sports drink, drink fresh juice of tomatoes that will hydrate your body and provide a high level of potassium, necessary for the proper functioning of muscles.
