Eat healthy: Top September fruit and vegetables

If you still need a reason to start eating fruit or vegetable seasonally, it is enough to imagine a garden in the middle of winter and the garden in the middle of summer. In the midst of winter, you will find a fresh watermelon, as well as in the middle of the summer you will find fresh sprouts.

Cabbage

Eggplants

They contain very low in saturated fat, sodium and cholesterol. A good source of vitamins C, K, thiamin, niacin, vitamin B6, pantothenic acid, magnesium, phosphorus and copper. An excellent source of dietary fiber, folate, potassium and manganese. Eggplants are delicious, nutritious and easy to prepare.

Chicory

Contains little saturated fat and very little cholesterol. A good source of dietary fiber, vitamin B6, pantothenic acid, iron, magnesium, phosphorus and zinc. It is an excellent source of vitamins C, E, K, folate, potassium, copper and manganese. Chicory is slightly bitter taste, so goes well with fruit.
