For stronger immunity: 2 recipes for vitamin bombs

A mixture of raisins and lemon

Ingredients:

  • 100 g raisins
  • 150 g walnuts
  • 100 g almonds
  • peel of two lemons
  • juice of two lemons

Grind the walnuts, almonds, raisins and lemon peel (you can grate lemon peel). To the mixture, add the juice of two lemons, mix and then add dried plums and apricots (and they need to be grind).   • 200 g of dried plums
  • 200 g dried figs
  • 200 g walnuts
  • peel of one lemon
  • 50 ml of cognac or brandy
  • 250 ml honey

Grind the dried fruit and lemon peel (you can grate lemon peel), stir, add the cognac or brandy and honey and mix again. Transfer the mixture into a jar and keep in a cool, dark place for one to two days. Thereafter, the mixture refrigerate. Take one tablespoon before meals, preferably before breakfast.
