Prepare nutritious shake that will provide you vitamins, minerals, and a longer feeling of satiety.
Solution to feeling ‘false’ hunger to be the body to provide a daily dose of vitamins and minerals is a mix in one glass for which you need only a few minutes of preparation time.
Ingredients for shake:
- 1 cup of Greek yogurt
- 1 plum
- 1 peach
- ¼ cup chopped avocado
- ½ cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- two tablespoons of oats pre-set for an hour in the water
- pinch of chilli
Preparation:
Chop into small pieces plum, peach and avocado. Two tablespoons of oats leave two hours to sink in water, rinse and add to the blender with fruit and yogurt, mix the all good, chill if desired. The resulting amount will be sufficient for two snacks or even enough for breakfast.
