Try this amazing salad with fresh dill in a Greek way.
Preparation: 10 minutes
- 50 g of sliced lettuce of your choice
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh dill
- 4 thinly sliced spring onions
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 dl lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 10 ounces crumbled feta cheese
In a bowl, combine lemon juice, oil and salt. Add lettuce, dill and green onions and stir well. Add cheese
feta cheese and stir again.
Serve for 4 people.
