Do you like spicy Mexican salsa with potato or tortilla chips? We have a great recipe to make it yourself fiery salsa that you simply adore.
- 5-6 tomatoes
- 1 small onion
- ½ cup fresh, chopped coriander
- 2 chillies, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice or lemon
- Salt and pepper
Chop finely all the ingredients, put in a saucepan, stir, season and it’s all the wisdom. If you want, you can put all the constituent of the lender and finely chop it, but you must ensure that salsa does not turn into mush because the pieces have to feel it. Before serving salsa let stand for at least an hour to get all the flavors beautifully combined.
Also, if you do not like or can not find coriander, feel free to replace it with parsley.
