For this salad, you need the following:

  • 2 teaspoons spicy vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 3 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 8 cups mesclun mix or green with fields

  • 1 ½ cup yellow pepper
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • ½ cup thinly chopped onion
