Green salad with turkey

No need to bake turkey, or you can buy ready-made turkey or turkey if you have leftovers, you can use them for this salad.

For this salad, you need the following:

  • 2 teaspoons spicy vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 3 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 8 cups mesclun mix or green with fields
  • 350 g of roasted turkey cubes
  • 1 ½ cup yellow pepper
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • ½ cup thinly chopped onion

As the first in a small bowl, mix the vinegar and mustard, slowly pour the olive oil, add salt and pepper to taste and set it aside. Then in a large bowl place the green, add the sliced ​​turkey, yellow peppers, cranberries and onions and stir gently. Just before serving the salad, sprinkle with a mixture of vinegar, mustard and olive oil. And the salad evenly distribute the four vessels and have salads for four meals.
