A two-week diet

During the diet you must drink 2 liters of water a day. In addition to water you can drink lemonade or tea without sugar, and alcohol is strictly prohibited.

You can spice up a salad with vinegar or lemon and salt.

Fruit and salad you can eat in unlimited quantities when they are on the menu.
In meat, you can add spices, a piece of meat shall not be heavier than 250 gr.
After 2 weeks of diet, stop, but eat smaller amounts of food, but because you ate before the diet and eat mostly fruits and vegetables.

Lunch:
1 boiled egg
cooked carrots (unlimited amount)
100 grams of fresh cheese
Dinner:
fruit
yogurt (unlimited amount)

Friday

Breakfast:
coffee or tea without sugar
1 fresh carrot
Lunch:
cooked fish (unlimited amount)
1 tomato
Dinner:
1 piece of meat cooked on the grill
lettuce

Saturday

Breakfast:
coffee or tea without sugar
Lunch:
chicken barbecue (250.gr)
Dinner:
2 boiled eggs
1 fresh carrot

Sunday

Breakfast:
Coffee or tea without sugar
Lunch:
1 piece of meat cooked on the grill
salad of your choice
fruit choice
Dinner:
fruit
yogurt (unlimited amount)

Repeat the same menu next 7 days.
