The first day:

Lunch: 1/2 cup of tuna or 1/2 cup low-fat cheese or 1/2 sardines and 2 slices wholemeal or tonus bread

Dinner: 150 g chicken white meat (cooked), 1 cup of green vegetables (green beans, spinach or zucchini) sauteed, steamed or raw, 1 apple or pear, 1 ball of vanilla ice cream but without sugar

The second day:

Breakfast: 1 boiled egg, 2 slices of tonus bread, half a banana medium

Lunch: 1/2 cup tuna or low-fat cheese 1/2 or 1/2 sardines, 2 slices of bread, wholemeal or tonus bread

Dinner: 150 g homemade kefir, 2 cups green vegetables (green beans, spinach or zucchini) sauteed, steamed or raw, half a banana

Third day:

Breakfast: 4 salty crackers, 1 slice low-fat cheese, 1 grapefruit

Lunch: 1 boiled egg, 2 slices of low calorie bread

Dinner: 1/2 cup tuna or low-fat cheese 1/2 or 1/2 sardines, 2 slices wholemeal or tonus bread, 1 cup cauliflower or green vegetables, 1 apple

Diet can keep longer than 3 days, and if you strictly adhere to the above meals for 10 days, you can lose up to 20 pounds.

Do not forget, you enter as many fluids in the body. It is recommended to drink 10 glasses of water a day!
